• Assistant General Manager
• Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University, preference would be given to post graduates and those having degree of CAIIB, MBA etc.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years work experience in Co-op. Bank/ Commercial Bank/ NABARD/ RBI of which at least of 08 years in the managerial cadre.
• Age Limit: Above 45 years
• Manager
• Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University, preference would be given to post graduates and those having degree of CAIIB, MBA etc.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years work experience in Co-op. Bank/ Commercial Bank/ NABARD/ RBI of which at least of 05 years in the managerial cadre.
• Age Limit: Above 40 years
• Assistant Manager
• Educational Qualification: Graduate from recognized University, preference would be given to post graduates and those having degree of CAIIB, MBA etc.
• Experience: Minimum 07 years work experience in Co-op. Bank/ Commercial Bank/ NABARD/ RBI of which at least of 03 years in the managerial cadre.
• Age Limit: Above 35 years

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
