In Gujarat, 3500 Revenue Talati will be merged with 11 thousand panchayat Talati. : NEWS

• The government will appoint independent Talati cum Mantri for the village panchayat.

• A total of 11,810 Talati posts have been approved in the panchayat division. Out of 4199 Talati places of revenue department, about 650 posts of Kasba Talati (urban areas), the remaining places have been decided to transfer the panchayat department. For this, Talati cum Mantri posts will be available in the panchayat section of the village panchayat. The remaining revenue tax Talati should be posted on deputation in the panchayat department after continuing the 650 talati, which is compulsory in the township of the revenue tax slabs in the state. No change in the terms of the Revenue Talati’s job condition. There is no possibility of any injustice done to other revenue policemen. There are 14265 village panchayats in the state. Every village panchayat has an ideal position to be a Talati cum Mantri per panchayat.
