Educational Qualification:

• Any candidate who has completed Post Graduate Degree (10+2+3+2 or 10+2+5) or Double Degree holders (10+2+3+2 or 10+2+3+2/3) or B.E., B.Tech. B.Sc. Agri. (10+2+4) under regular course from a college affiliated to a recognised University with 50% of marks and above.
• Candidates who are appearing for the final semester of their Post Graduation - PG from a college affiliated to a recognised University (final exam in May / June 2017) can also apply with an aggregate of 50% marks and above without any standing arrears at the time of applying.
• Any Degree / P.G. obtained through Correspondence or Open University is not eligible.

Federal Bank Recruitment Process for the post of Clerks and Officers 2017

• The candidate shall not exceed 24 years as on 01.06.2017 (candidates should be born on or after 01.06.1993) for being eligible for the post of Clerk.
• Candidates who completes / had completed Graduation with minimum 55% marks for Science discipline and minimum 50% marks for other streams during academic year 2016-17 (passed out in May / June 2017) from any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956.
• Should have obtained minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam & 60% marks for Plus 2 or equivalent exam.
• Should have cleared all papers of the qualifying examination as on the date of the process conducted by the Bank.
• Officers
• The candidate shall not exceed 26 years as on 01.06.2017 (candidates should be born on or after 01.06.1991) for being eligible for the post of Officer.

Probation Period
i. Clerks - Candidates selected as clerks will be on probation for a period of 6 months.

• For Others: Rs. 500/-
• Officers:
• For ST/SC: Rs. 350/- 
• For Others: Rs. 700/-

Test Pattern: 

There will be negative marks at the rate of 0.25 for wrong answers. The qualifying criteria will be decided by the Bank as per its selection/recruitment policy. Online Aptitude Test will be followed by a Psychometric Questionnaire for a maximum duration of 15 minutes.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank.
