Federal Bank has published Advertisement for below mentioned Posts 2017. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process, application fee and how to apply are given below.

Posts:

  • Officers 
    • Graduation with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956. Should have obtained minimum 60% marks for SSC or equivalent exam & 60% marks for Plus 2 or equivalent exam.Candidates should have acquired the stipulated educational qualification through the regular mode of study.
  • Clerks
    • Graduation with minimum 60% marks from any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956. Candidates should have acquired the stipulated educational qualification through the regular mode of study.


Application Fee Details (Non-refundable):

  • Officers: For SC/ST Categories: Rs. 350/-, For General/ Others Categories: Rs. 700/-
  • Clerks: For SC/ST Categories: Rs. 250/-, For General/ Others Categories: Rs. 500/-
The payment towards recruitment application fees can be made from 23.08.2017 onwards, and before 04.09.2017, i.e. the date of closure of online registration gateway. 


Age Limit:

  • Officer – Candidates shall not exceed 26 years as on 01.07.2017 (candidates should be born on or after 02.07.1991) for being eligible for the post of Officer. 
  • Clerk – Candidates shall not exceed 24 years as on 01.07.2017 (candidates should be born on or after 02.07.1993) for being eligible for the post of Clerk. 
The scale of Pay and Other Emoluments: 
  • Officer (in Scale I): Rs. 23700 - 980/7 - 30560 – 1145/2 - 32850 – 1310/7 – 42020
  • Clerk: Rs.11765 – 655/3 - 13730 – 815/3 - 16175 – 980/4 - 20095 – 1145/7 - 28110 – 2120/1 - 30230 – 1310/1 – 31540
 

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview or any other mode of selection to be decided by the Bank. The online aptitude test will be followed by a psychometric questionnaire for a maximum duration of 20 minutes. The process will be conducted in various centres depending upon the number of candidates.

Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has published the Online Exam Result of the Recruitment of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) - General, Legal, Information Technology, Research and Official Language Streams. NABARD Recruitment to the post of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (RDBS) 2017

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has published Advertisement for below mentioned Posts 2017. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process, application fee and how to apply are given below.

Posts:  Officers in Grade ‘B’ (RDBS)

  • Manager (RDBS) - General : Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from any recognized University with a minimum of 60% marks (SC/ST/PWD applicants 55%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST/PWD applicants 50%) in aggregate from a recognized university.
  • Manager (RDBS) - Agriculture: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with 60% marks (SC/ST applicants 55%) in aggregate or Post Graduate degree in Agriculture with a minimum of 55% marks (SC/ST applicants 50%) in aggregate or its equivalent grade from a recognised University.

Total No. of Posts: 17 Posts

Age Limit: The candidate must have attained the age of 21yrs and must not have attained the age of 35 years as on 01.06.2017, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.06.1982 and not later than 01.06.1996). Relaxation as per rules.

Selection Process: The selection will be in three Phases as furnished below:
Manager in Grade ‘B’ (RDBS) 
Phase I – Preliminary Examination (Online Exam) Objective Type: MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) carrying 200 marks.
Duration: 120 Minutes Composite Time
i) Test of Reasoning – 20 marks
ii) English Language – 40 marks
iii) Computer Knowledge –20 marks
iv) General Awareness – 20 marks
v) Quantitative Aptitude – 20 marks
vi) Economic & Social Issues (with focus on Rural India) –40 marks
vii) Agriculture & Rural Development (with focus on Rural India) - 40 marks
Total 200 marks

Phase II – Main Examination will be online and will be a mix of MCQ and descriptive pattern.
Paper - I (Writing skills online through keyboard) General English: (Descriptive)
The paper will have descriptive questions carrying 100 marks.
Duration: 1 ½ hrs
The analytical and drafting ability of the candidate shall be assessed from the Descriptive English paper through essay writing, comprehension, report writing, paragraph writing & Letter writing. Paper–II (MCQ) Economic and Social Issues and Agri. and Rural Development (with a focus on Rural India) for General Posts and Agriculture for candidates applying for Manager (RDBS) Agriculture Post Duration: 1 ½ hrs. – 100 Mark Paper–III (MCQ) Development Economics, Statistics, Finance & Management Duration: 1 ½ hrs. – 100 Mark

Phase III – Interview 
Applicants qualifying in the Phase-II Examination and securing a sufficiently high rank in merit shall be short-listed for interview. Marks for Interview: 40 Marks
